What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is one carton. The number of pieces per carton depends on the weight and thickness of the bags, so we state it in our quote.
Can I order bags with my logo printed?
Yes. We offer screen printing, flex printing and embroidery. Send us your logo and the quantity and we will prepare a quote including printing.
Which colours and weights are available from stock?
From stock we offer bags in natural beige, black, navy blue, red, green and white, in 140 and 220 g/m². Other colours are sewn to order.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Standard bags from our warehouse in Poland ship in 2–3 business days (InPost or courier). For made-to-order production in Uzbekistan (from 10,000 pcs), production and delivery usually take about 30 days, at most 6–8 weeks.
Are prices net or gross?
Prices are net, excluding 23% VAT. Orders from 10,000 pcs are quoted individually, and regular customers receive a discount scheme.
Can I order my own bag size or shape?
Yes. In our factory in Uzbekistan we sew to your design: size, shape, handle length, weight, colour, pockets and closures. Describe your project in the form and we will prepare a quote.
Can I get samples?
Yes, samples for testing are part of our offer. For made-to-order production we sew a sample from the target fabric before the series starts. We will give you the details in our reply to your enquiry.
How do I make an enquiry?
Fill in the form on the Contact page, write to office@cotline.pl or use WhatsApp. We reply within 2 hours on working days.
Who do you supply, and where do you deliver?
We supply companies, agencies, institutions and organisations in Poland and across Europe. Delivery is agreed individually when we prepare the quote.
